My House Trader is run by MyHouseTrader Limited in Christchurch, New Zealand. This policy explains what we collect when you ask us for a figure on your property, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit a property, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and details about the property such as bedrooms, condition, tenancy, and repair history. We may also look up publicly available information about the property, such as council records, title information, and sales history.

What we do with it

We use your details and the property information to assess the property and come back to you with a figure. We may contact you about that figure or to ask further questions about the property. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored with the email and database providers we use to run the business. If we make an offer and you accept it, your information will be shared with lawyers, valuers, and other parties needed to complete the transaction. We may also share property details, without your personal information, with buyers in our network if we decide not to purchase it ourselves so your transaction can still go ahead.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing Offers@enhancedprojects.co.nz. If you decide not to proceed, we'll delete your details on request. You can also manage your advertising cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Facebook and Instagram

If you contacted us through a Meta lead form, Meta also holds the information you submitted under its own privacy policy.
